Digestive Cycles

in the abyss lays a tortuous passage filled with the tentacles of my lovers
a viscous path each step moving closer to the midnight zone
waves of darkness dimming the cnidaria’s reflections
sentient beings sharing apocalyptic visions
of a reversed evolution

an imported alien civilization swarming at the extremities of our depths
ghastly beings murmuring in my ear
to join their hellish sanctuary

corridors held by skin decay
a smell emerges
putrid earthly beings explode
the pressure of the shadowed waters is not meant for us
we become a delicious feast for the gloomy creatures
let’s learn inside their digestive systems
their passion is greater than ours

seashells waiting for a prey to snap at
the bathypelagic offers beauty as a threat
a gem of acid reflux
a gem of digested love
mermaids are calling me back to the surface
but the vampyrotheutis holds me close to its hearts
it tells me the utmost love is in sharing flesh
dying together in the stomach of the other
tasting the fatal flavour
finally,
the insides,
finally,
being One
at the bottom of the universe

in the abyss I was reborn in
I have found a visceral love
and my body has become a nerve

let me eat you as I have eaten my lovers
melt in my mouth
fill my three hearts
feed my corpse
and stay forever

I have grown tentacles
and joined the bowels of the world
I devour what I suffer
and suffer what I devour
the apocalyptic turns into climactic
and the absurd reigns as king
in the inky pits of pleasure

let me eat you as I have eaten myself
melt in my mouth
fill my three hearts
feed my corpse
and stay forever

my ink writes lies
my intestines tell the truth
you will turn into hydrochloric acid
finally,
you will slide next to my hearts
finally,
and become Me
at the bottom of the universe
